1. Vendor Registration

1.2. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and comply with all applicable regulations in India.

2. Listing and Offers

2.1. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product and service information, including discounts and offers, is accurate, clear, and compliant with local laws.

2.2. Discounts and offers provided must be honored as advertised on the Instoredealz platform.

2.3. Vendors are prohibited from listing prohibited items, illegal goods, or services that violate Indian laws or the policies of Instoredealz.

3. Vendor Obligations

3.1. Vendors must provide high-quality products and services as described in their listings.

3.2. Vendors are solely responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes regarding their products or services.

3.3. Vendors must ensure timely fulfillment of orders and maintain an acceptable standard of service.

3.4. Vendors are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, false advertising, or misrepresentation.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. Instoredealz may charge commission fees, subscription fees, or other charges for using the platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined and agreed upon during registration.

4.2. Payments for transactions will be processed directly between the customer and the vendor unless otherwise specified.

4.3. Vendors are responsible for their own tax compliance, including the collection and payment of GST or other applicable taxes.

5. Prohibited Activities

Vendors are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information about products or services.
• Violating any intellectual property or copyright laws.
• Using the Instoredealz platform to engage in unlawful or unethical activities.

6. Termination of Vendor Account

6.1. Instoredealz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for non-compliance with these Terms or misuse of the platform.

6.2. Vendors may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to Instoredealz, provided that all pending transactions and obligations are fulfilled.

7. Limitation of Liability

Instoredealz is not liable for:

• Any losses, damages, or disputes arising from a vendor’s interactions with customers.
• The quality, accuracy, or legality of products and services provided by the vendor.

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1. Instoredealz will collect and process vendor data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Vendors are required to handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Amendments to Terms

Instoredealz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
